Scent of greed is a survival horror game. You will need to manage resources and choose which quests and challenges to complete as they are tightly coupled with survival mechanics. Gameplay is story driven but is not linear. You will explore a small open world consisting of a village, surrounding environment and hidden locations. You will be choosing between just staying alive and discovering the story that may bring a closer ending.The main character, Jonathan, found in local newspaper very lucrative offer:“I'm having trouble communicating with my daughter. She hasn't been herself lately. As we live quite far from any major cities, I'd like to invite someone to spend the summer time with us and help us understand each other better.”But things do not go as expected. When he arrives, the family is not there. Someone steals his car and promises that it will be returned at the end of summer. It’s too far away to come back by foot, so he has no choice but to stay and try to survive.Jonathan chose psychology because the human mind has always fascinated him and he has struggled with anxiety himself. He hoped to use his skills to help others, but it turns out he needs to care for his own sanity.
